Epic Nail Bar in Corinth, TX
Abacus designed, installed and fabricated this Reverse Channel-lit Letters. This sign consist of aluminum faces and returns, which are lifted off the wall. This allows the LED lights inside to shine out the sides and cast a glow around each letter, and thus creating a halo effect. Reverse channel-lit letters are often used for sign projects that require a unique, classy or distinguished image.

The front-lit channel letters are illuminated internally with LED lights, lighting the ‘face’ of each letter. The trim caps screwed to hold on the sign face made out of aluminum, while the side face itself is constructed out of poly carbonate. Usually, the color elements of the logo are done with cut-out translucent vinyl or if the color of the face is solid, the acrylic itself can be in its specific color. Because of the material used, standard front-lit channel letters are highly customizable.

SIGN PERMITS & APPROVALS
At Abacus, we will help obtain the necessary sign permits for your custom sign. We will assist in researching your city signage codes and securing approvals needed before beginning production for your sign projects. Abacus request the sign criteria from landlords. If necessary, we will sign will send drawing renders to the city for approval before beginning production.
SERVICING AREAS
We are proud to serve the DFW Metroplex business community with our electrical & custom sign manufacturing services. Our devoted staff can & will travel on-site to survey and design, produce and install. We can work hand-in-hand with your general contractor if need be. If you’re starting your business and you don’t have a contractor, no worries. Abacus will deal with city permit regulations and whatever requirements that have been set by your landlord.
